1. Look over the four sides of the product to check whether the product has common printing quality defects. Common printing quality defects are: inaccurate registration, ghosting, wrinkling, ink bar, water bar, sticky dirty, paste plate, flower plate, dirty stains, ink skin, paper off powder and hair, such as registration error requirements ≤ 1.5 mm.

2. Check whether the product meets the requirements against the color sample, printing sign sample, requiring clear pattern text, the content and printing samples consistent; correct color, visual color and sample match.

3 Check whether the ink color of the whole batch of products is consistent, especially the printing and packaging products.

4 Check whether the whole batch of product rules are consistent.

5. Check the bar code. Some live pieces printed with bar codes, require scanning with a scanner, bar code readable, correct value.
